COACHING IS OFFERED IN 3 DIFFERENT WAYS:
- 1: 1 ON LINE PERSONAL TRAINING.
Each session is customized to fit your personal goals, fitness level, lifestyle and schedule. Virtual strength & conditioning coaching is available month to month, 3 or 6 month commitment at a discounted rate.
- 1:1 ON LINE RUNNING COACHING
We provide structured training plans with weekly runs, a variety of strength training routine for runners, injury prevention, mobility, running drills videos, technique analysis and education with weekly articles on endurance sports related topics.
-1 ON 1 TRAINING IN PERSON (San Antonio-TX)
We work closely to get you where you want to go based on your needs and schedule. The frequency and timing of your sessions is up to you. We offer single, weekly (3 month commitment) and a combination of a session plus follow up with exercises we do together on line.

COACH IGOR TORVES
I've always been passionate about fitness and body movement. Growing up in Brazil, I played many different sports, mainly soccer and trained Judo for several years.
When I was 19 years old, I joined the Brazilian Marine Corps and was active duty for 10 years. The military kept me active, but there were moments when I was injured and could not exercise or practice sports. Those were dark moments in my life and it took me a few years to get back on my feet.
A decade ago, I found my way back to a healthier lifestyle, filled with consistent physical activity and proper nutrition. Decided to start Physical Education School in Rio de Janeiro-Brazil, took several courses and certifications and now I am at a place in my life that I want to pay it forward sharing everything I have learned over the years, helping others in their own fitness endeavors.
I am currently a US Army Combat Medic and I continue to train in multiple sports. I'm a runner, amateur triathlete, hybrid athlete and passionate about fitness. I strive to live a long and healthy life which I have I found through fitness and physical activity.

My work with Igor began after I had completed my cancer treatment, back in December of 2022. What I most appreciated about his approach was his sensitivity to where I was physically at that time. I'd lost 60 pounds, not just fat but also muscle mass, and I was very weak. I was initially reluctant to work with a personal trainer, but eventually took my wife’s kind advice and insistence that Igor was not like other personal trainers I’d worked with. By the end of the first session, I knew she was right. His focus was structured and scaffolded in a way that helped me build both competence and confidence. In the seven months since working with Igor, I’m almost back to my pre-cancer strength and I have surpassed all of my expectations for how I feel! I absolutely and wholly endorse his approach as he has put the ‘personal’ back in personal training!
