The challenge with modern life is to find time for ourselves.  We are constantly battling pressures from work, relationships and obstacles that can slow us down...if we let them!

Finding life balance is critical and enables us to become the best versions of ourselves.  Acquiring the right tools allows us to tap into our potential and unlock doors that hold us back.  

While we share similarities, each of us is an individual with specific needs, challenges and circumstances.

CONSISTENCY IS KEY

Many people struggle with structure and consistency. As a coach, I plan workouts for my clients and have effective communication with them so that they can feel empowered.

COACHING IS OFFERED IN 3 AREAS OF FOCUS:


-VIRTUAL COACHING

Each session is customized to fit your personal goals, fitness level, lifestyle and schedule. Virtual strength & conditioning coaching is available month to month or a 3 month commitment at a discounted rate. 

-RUNNING COACHING

We focus on strength training for runners in addition to self care and injury prevention.  We also focus on: Recommended mobility, running drills, techniques and analysis. Nutritional advice is also included with these sessions.

-1 ON 1 TRAINING

We work closely to get you where you want to go based on your needs and schedule.  The frequency and timing of your sessions is up to you.  We offer single, weekly (3 month commitment) and a combination of a session plus follow up with exercises we do together on line.

 
 
 
 

ABOUT ME

COACH IGOR TORVES

 

A little about me: I've always been passionate about fitness and body movement. Growing up in Brazil, I played many different sports, mainly soccer and trained Judo for several years.

 

When I was 19 years old, I joined the Brazilian Marine Corps and was active duty for 10 years. The military kept me active, but there were moments when I was injured and could not exercise or practice sports. Those were dark moments in my life and it took me a few years to get back on my feet. 

 

A decade ago, I found my way back to a healthier lifestyle, filled with consistent physical activity and proper nutrition. Now I am at a place in my life that I want to pay it forward and share everything I have learned over the years with you, in hopes that you can experience the joy that comes with reaching goals that you once thought were unachievable. 

 

I am currently a US Army Combat Medic and I continue to train in multiple sports. I'm a runner, rock climber and often practice functional strength training. I strive to live a long and healthy life which I have I found through fitness and physical activity.
